TIRAMISU

2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split, divided

2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 cup boiling water

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. almond-flavored liqueur or brandy

2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

ARRANGE 1 pkg. of the ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Dissolve instant coffee and 1 Tbsp. sugar in boiling water. Brush 1/2 cup of the coffee mixture over ladyfingers in dish. BEAT cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add sugar and liqueur, mixing until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. POUR 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Top with remaining ladyfingers; brush with remaining coffee. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Dust with cocoa. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

I had my Japanese Skit Presentation this morning. Yay, finally it was over. What a relief fiuhhh. I think i was doing pretty good. I remembered all of my lines for the skit. :). There was a interesting Skit presentation from my friend, who's name is Morris-san. He made a puppet show presentation, but not the real puppet, it was made from papper :). I want to see Deangelo's Presentation because i know he was good  to make interesting Skit. He made an interesting skit on previous semester and everyone laugh at it :).

Then i work from 10 am to 4 pm. my eyes hurt cuz i'm wearing new contacts. I hate when i wear a new pair contacts. i don't know why. but soon after i get used to it, it doesn't hurt anymore.

I went home to change my contacts to glasses. Then waiting for my computer to DL the microsoft office that i borrowed from indra.
